This week’s training will be based in Sherburn village. Meet near the sports centre
There is a car park and also on-road parking, plus cycle racks.
We will be running in pairs, some of the route options are on grassy paths which could be slippery . Shorts are fine depending on your route choices.
Choice of maps
Short course: 2.8km straight-line, 3.5km optimal route
Long course: 4.4km straight-line, 5.40km optimal
Under 18s should be accompanied
